Shipping​​​

• All items are made to order, so we will aim to ship your order as soon as possible.

• Orders will be processed and dispatched within 10 - 14 working days.

• All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For​.

• All international orders will be sent via Royal Mail using their international tracked service.

• Europe (5 - 7 business days) - £12.99

• USA and Australia (7 - 10 business days) - £22.99

• Rest of the world (7 - 10 business days) - £21.99

Imports & Custom Charges​

Please note customs charges/taxes are not included in the international delivery cost. Since leaving the EU, parcels may be subject to customs fees in some countries, which will be charged to the recipient. Charges vary from country to country so please be aware of this when ordering. Alt Real is not responsible for any additional import/customs charges.

Returns

• Please note we do not accept returns on Blind Tee Series orders, unless there is a fault or defect with the t-shirt itself. 

• We do accept returns on individual t-shirt orders. If you are unhappy with your order, then the items must be returned within 14 days of the date shown on their dispatch email.

• All items must be in original, unwashed and unworn condition.

• All customers are liable for their own postage costs.

• All goods are at the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to us.

• Please include your order slip in the return, so we can successfully refund you.​

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition.
